 Drugs in Sport Workshop
Sports Medicine Australia (WA Branch) offers an educational workshop designed to increase school and community awareness of Drugs in Sport.
This 1 hour workshop is designed for secondary students, junior athletes, teachers, parents and/or sporting clubs. The workshop can be tailored to suit your specific needs.
The workshop covers:
- Know what drugs are banned in sport and what happens in a drug test
- Know about the effects of social drug use on sporting performance
- Discuss the issue of Caffeine and Energy Drinks
- Debate the ethics of using drugs in sport
- All of the above
Cost: $99 per group (maximum group size of 30 people)
